Diocesan Council exercises all of the powers of the Diocesan Convention between annual Conventions, meeting monthly on the second Thursday of the month, September through June at 5:30 p.m. at the diocesan office. Council consists of:

• The bishop
• One clergy representative from each deanery
• One lay representative form each deanery
• One youth representative
