Leadership in Cursillo means to influence others in work situations, family and social life, and in our church environments, so all the world can be brought to Christ.

Cursillo helps deepen and renew one's Christian commitment to Jesus Christ, to his/her Church, and to bringing Christ into the world of our daily lives.

This is learned during a three-day Cursillo weekend, where persons come together to live in a Christian community, experiencing worship, music, instruction, reflection, discussion, prayer, and fellowship. It is a retreat-like setting, yet it is not a retreat. It is a time of regrouping, renewal, fun and fellowship — all leading us to be faithful witnesses for Christ in the world

The weekend is only the beginning of the Cursillo process. Small groups of three to five persons meet regularly, keeping themselves faithful to the task of living out the Baptismal Vows. Larger reunions also provide support and build community.
