Incorporated in 1967 as the outreach arm of the Diocese of WNY, ECS provides funding to 15 member agencies that provide critically needed services to impoverished people throughout Cattaraugus, Chautauqua, Erie, Genesee, Niagara, Orleans and Wyoming counties.
